Here are some useful tips to ensure that YOU MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME WITH US...
1| PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Please allow between FOUR to FIVE hours for the experience

Plan your journey in advance and make sure that you arrive at least fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time - it's really important that you're not late!

2| CHILDREN & PETS
If you are bringing children or pets (or both), please make sure that you have a responsible adult with you so that there is always at least one adult available to supervise them while the other adult is having their hair and makeup done - young children and pets are not permitted in our makeup area
We also suggest that you bring some of their favourite toys to keep them occupied and to use as props in the Photo Shoot
3| MAKEUP
Please arrive with little or preferably no makeup
Each experience includes hair and makeup for up to two people
If you have booked a family Photo Shoot and there are more than two adults attending, we request that you arrive with your makeup applied and our makeup artists will provide professional ‘touch ups’ prior to your Photo Shoot
4| HAIR
We use dry-styling techniques and do not wash, cut or colour hair
If you have booked a family Photo Shoot and there are more than two adults attending, we request that you arrive with your hair styled and ready for your Photo Shoot
If you have any speciality hair requirements (extensions, weaves, braids, afro straightening etc.) we ask that you arrive with your hair styled and ready for your Photo Shoot
5| OUTFITS
Your outfits are the most important part of your Photo Shoot - bringing the right outfits and props can make the world of difference to your portfolio
Matching outfits (jeans and white t-shirts always work well), uniforms, musical instruments, sports kit, your favourite football team strip, fancy dress, onesies and even wedding dresses - anything goes!
If you're bringing elaborate items which take a bit longer to change into, there may only be time for two outfits
If you've booked a family Photo Shoot, please bring two outfits
6| DOUBLE MONEY
Our amazing DOUBLE MONEY offer gives you the chance to get the images from your Photo Shoot for half price!
All you have to do is pre-pay by credit or debit card at least 2 days before your appointment and we'll give you DOUBLE the amount to spend on the day!
There's nothing to lose... If you don’t like your images for any reason, or you decide not to purchase any additional images, then your DOUBLE MONEY payment is fully refundable
Your photographer will usually take between 60 and 100 images during your Photo Shoot, and our creative team then add some amazing special effects, so you really do have a lot to choose from in your viewing session
