RESCHEDULING, POSTPONING OR CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT...

We understand - life sometimes gets in the way, and you may need to reschedule, postpone or cancel your appointment with us - all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible

Please give our Diary Management team a call if you need to make any changes to your appointment - they will be happy to assist

 

Below you will see the options you have, depending on when your appointment was booked

MY APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED within the last 14 days

MY APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED MORE THAN 14 DAYS AGO

If YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED within the last 14 days (and YOU are therefore within the cooling off period), these are your three options:

  1. Reschedule your appointment  

You can reschedule your appointment completely free of charge.

If you have booked a complimentary photo shoot experience, the number of prints included in your experience may vary from the original date booked.

(For example: if you reschedule your appointment from a weekday to a weekend, your experience may include less prints whereas if you reschedule your appointment from a weekend to a weekday, your experience may include more prints)

Within 14 days

  2. Postpone your appointment  

If you would like to postpone your appointment, but you aren’t sure of a date that you are able to attend, we will take your current appointment out of the diary. You can call us any time in the next 24 months to rebook your appointment.

Your booking deposit will still be fully refundable if you attend your new appointment as scheduled.

If you have booked a complimentary photo shoot experience, the number of prints included in your experience may vary from the original date booked.

(For example: if you reschedule your appointment from a weekday to a weekend, your experience may include less prints whereas if you reschedule your appointment from a weekend to a weekday, your experience may include more prints)

  3. Cancel your appointment  

 If you want to cancel your appointment, your booking deposit will be refunded in full by the same method in which it was paid within a maximum of 7 days

After 14 days

IF YOUR APPOINTMENT was booked MORE THAN 14 DAYS AGO:

Below you will see the options you have, depending on how much notice you are providing us with

For example: If today is Monday and your appointment is booked for this Sunday, you are providing us with 6 days notice

I AM PROVIDING AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE

I AM PROVIDING LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE

If yoU are providing us with at least 7 days notice, these are your three options:

7 days notice

  1. Reschedule your appointment  

You can reschedule your appointment completely free of charge.

If you have booked a complimentary photo shoot experience, the number of prints included in your experience may vary from the original date booked.

(For example: if you reschedule your appointment from a weekday to a weekend, your experience may include less prints whereas if you reschedule your appointment from a weekend to a weekday, your experience may include more prints)

  2. Postpone your appointment

As per our terms and conditions, your booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment outside the 14 day cooling off period.

If yoU are providing us with less than 7 days notice, these are your three options:

Less than 7 days

  1. Reschedule your appointment  

Because you are giving us less than 7 days notice to reschedule your appointment, you will be required to pay an additional refundable booking deposit for your new appointment date.

 

Your original booking deposit will be non-refundable, but you will be able to use it towards the purchase of additional images in your viewing session. 

If you have booked a complimentary photo shoot experience, the number of prints included in your experience may vary from the original date booked.

(For example: if you reschedule your appointment from a weekday to a weekend, your experience may include less prints whereas if you reschedule your appointment from a weekend to a weekday, your experience may include more prints)

  2. Postpone your appointment
