KEEPING OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF SAFE AND MAKING SURE THAT BROADWAY STUDIOS IS COVID-SECURE

Keeping our clients and staff safe is our number one priority, and as you can imagine, we're having to make lots of changes to make sure that is always possible...

Please make sure that you read this section carefully and in full as it contains essential information about your upcoming photo shoot experience

All our client-facing staff will be wearing face coverings and our make up artists will be wearing face masks, visors and gowns.  Staff will ensure that their hands are thoroughly washed between clients and high grade hand sanitiser will be available for use by clients and staff throughout the day.  All items that are touched by staff or clients will be sanitised between uses and surfaces such as toilet seats, taps, door handles, tables etc. will be cleaned multiple times each hour.  We will also be using an aerosol disinfectant throughout the day on our sofas and in our viewing rooms and photography studios.  All areas will be deep cleaned using hospital-grade antiviral cleaning materials every morning

All our windows will remain open throughout the day to ensure good ventilation - please remember to bring something warm to wear in case it gets a bit chilly

We won't be serving any alcohol or food and all refreshments will be served in disposable and recyclable cups

what we ask of you:

  • All clients (with the exception of very young children) are required to wear a face covering in our reception area and in our viewing rooms.

  • All clients are required to wash their hands on arrival and throughout the course of their experience.

  • Please maintain a safe distance from other clients in our reception area.

  • High grade hand sanitiser will be provided and you will be required to use it when entering our photography studios and viewing rooms.

  • If you are bringing children to take part in a photo shoot, please ensure that you bring your own props (toys, teddy bears, blankets etc). We usually provide a large range of props, but we will only be using the ones that can be properly sanitised between every photo shoot. Our teddies and all other soft toys will be going into quarantine!

  • All children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • We won't have any of our usual toys and colouring books & crayons for children in our reception area. Please make sure that you bring your own to keep young children occupied during any periods of waiting.

  • If you are attending an Individual photo shoot experience, please make sure that the outfits you bring are easy for you to change into yourself to avoid unnecessary physical contact with your photographer.
