1   Booking the Experience
 

1.1   Each Experience is subject to a £75.00 Refundable Booking Deposit, taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. Booking Deposits vary according to Experience type, date and availability.
 

1.2   Booking Deposits can be used as part payment towards any products purchased at your viewing session. Booking Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of your appointment date if you do not make a purchase at your viewing session.
 

1.3   You will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

1.4   All bookings are subject to a 14 day cooling off period in which an appointment can be amended or cancelled without incurring a charge.

2   The Experience
 

2.1   Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21.
 

2.2   We offer a professional service and reserve the right to deny or cut short the Experience if any of our staff feel that a client’s behaviour, presentation or hygiene may compromise the Experience for other clients.
 

2.3   We do not offer childcare facilities and you are kindly requested to ensure that there is a responsible adult with you to supervise any children during the experience. We recommend that you do not bring children with you unless you have booked a Family Experience.
 

2.4   Please allow between 4 to 5 hours for the experience.

2.5   You are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

2.6   If you do not arrive by your scheduled appointment time at the latest, your appointment cannot be guaranteed. In such cases we may provide either a shortened makeup session or cancel the appointment altogether. Booking Deposits are non-refundable in the event of your appointment being cancelled by us as a result of you arriving late. You will be required to pay another refundable Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.

 

 

3   Amending Appointments
 

3.1   Appointments can be changed by calling the Diary Management Team on 020 3897 4620 (option 2) or by emailing diarymanagement@thebroadwaystudios.co.uk
 

3.2   Appointment changes may be subject to additional Refundable Booking Deposit charges. These charges vary according to date and availability.
 

3.3   You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice if you wish to change your appointment date.
 

3.4   If you do not provide us with at least 7 days’ notice to change your appointment date, Booking Deposits are non-refundable. You will be required to pay another refundable Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.

4   Cancelling Appointments
 

4.1   Appointments can be cancelled by calling the Diary Management Team on 020 3897 4620 (option 2) or by emailing diarymanagement@thebroadwaystudios.co.uk
 

4.2   Booking Deposits are not refundable if your appointment is cancelled more than 14 days after booking an appointment.

4.3   If you do not provide us with at least 7 days’ notice to cancel your appointment, Booking Deposits are non-refundable.

5   No Shows
 

5.1    Booking Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment. You will be required to pay another refundable Booking Deposit to book another appointment date.

 

 6   Viewing Session & Orders

6.1   You are under no obligation to purchase prints, images or any products from your Experience. We operate a ‘No Pressure’ sales policy.
 

6.2   Complimentary images or prints included in any Experience do not include retouched or creative images.  Any complimentary images included in your Experience are six by four inch (6" x 4") prints and do not include digital images.
 

6.3   Booking Deposits are non-refundable if you do not complete the viewing session on the day of your appointment.
 

6.4   All orders (including orders that consist only of complimentary prints) are subject to a minimum £10.00 admin charge. 
 

6.5   Any discounts or special offers provided on the day of your appointment will not apply to any subsequent orders that you may place.
 

6.6   Copyright for all images remains with Broadway Studios and images must not be reproduced in any form without permission from the company. However, if you purchase any images in digital format, you will be granted permission to reproduce images as you wish.
 

6.7   Digital image orders will be despatched within 28 days of the appointment.  Print orders will be despatched within 56 days of the appointment.

6.8   Any order placed in your viewing session cannot be amended or cancelled.

6.9   We offer 12 month interest free payment plans. In the event of non-payment, the full outstanding balance will be due for immediate payment and we reserve the right to add legal and collection costs to the balance owing.

6.10   In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to process the missed payment on any date.

 

 

7   General
 

7.1   By booking an appointment with us, you are subject to these full Terms and Conditions.

7.2   Our full name is London Makeover Studios Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 8430567, whose registered address is 2 Walton Lodge Laundry, 374 Coldharbour Lane, London, SW9 8PL. All queries, complaints or suggestions should be marked for the attention of “The Director” and sent to that address.
